How is the total price calculated?
We scope the work with you first, then quote a fixed price for that scope. The number you sign off on is the number you pay - no hourly surprises.
Do you outsource any part of the work?
No. Design, development, AI, and security are all handled by our in-house team - nothing is subcontracted.
If you build AI agents, why do you say you don't depend on AI?
AI accelerates parts of our process, but every decision is made and reviewed by a person on our team. Agents we ship for you are scoped, guarded, and monitored by humans.
Can I adjust the scope after the project starts?
Yes. We re-scope together, agree on the impact to timeline and price in writing, and only then continue - so there are never unexpected invoices.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a post-launch support window, and we offer ongoing maintenance and monitoring plans beyond that.
How long does a typical project take?
Most projects ship in 4 to 12 weeks depending on scope. You get a clear timeline with milestones before any work starts.
What are your payment terms?
A deposit to start, then milestone-based payments tied to deliverables you have reviewed and approved.
